This Returns Policy is applicable to purchases made online from butlers.net.nz only.

Change of Mind

Here at Butlers we pride ourselves on delivering a safe and secure online shopping experience. Therefore we offer a no questions asked 15 day exchange policy – simply send the goods back to:

Include your particulars. Goods must be sealed / unopened, with original packaging in good condition, and with a valid receipt. You will be offered an exchange or store credits based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Certain categories of product are excluded from this policy and they are:
• Beds
• Pillows/Manchester
• Furniture
• Personal Care/Hygiene products
• Gift Vouchers
• Mobile Phones and SIM Cards

Minor Failure

If the goods can be repaired within a decided time we will repair or replace the goods, if this cannot be rectified we will issue a refund of the price at the time of purchase on sight of a receipt.

Major Failure

If a Major Failure of the product occurs and we cannot repair the product in due time, we will give the consumer the option of a full refund or a replacement product on sight of receipt. If a replacement product cannot be located a store credit of the purchase value will be given in this case.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs will be paid for returning products to www.butlers.net.nz by butlers.net.nz if we consider the damage or equipment failure to have breached our consumer guarantee. If we examine the goods and consider the goods to have been not in breach of the consumer guarantee butlers.net.nz may charge you a fee for examining the goods, and any costs of return of the product to you.
Please be aware that any damage to the products or malfunction will have to be questioned to make sure the damage was caused by us in order to reduce any future problems.

Refunds

Refunds will in normal circumstances be processed within three (3) days.
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Butlers Limited.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any product arrives damaged please contact www.butlers.net.nz within 24 hours of delivery.
Butlers.net.nz will make sure the damaged item returned to us is either repaired, replaced or refunded to you at our selection.
Damaged product must be returned in the condition you received it will all the original packaging and receipt.

Businesses

If you are acquiring goods [or services] from www.butlers.net.nz for business purposes we take no responsibility for products.
